A refreshing, reliable (hah) starting point for your skin’s moisturizing needs. A simple one-and-done for those with normal to oily skin. Layers well over a hydrating serum for those with dry skin.

WATER-LOVING HUMECTANTS -

5% Glycerin: the humectant water-grabbing gold standard ingredient. This small molecule can effectively wedge into your skin for that plump, soft skin feel. 1% Sodium PCA: This molecule is naturally found in your skin’s water-holding system (NMFs - Natural Moisturizing Factors). Replenish with Aquafix.
1% Panthenol: aka. pro-vitamin B5, this dual purpose molecule both hydrates and soothes skin
0.2% Sodium Hyaluronate: This large molecule can grab up to 1000x its weight in water, keeping moisture to the skin and providing long term hydration.

1% Boswellia Serrata Extract: Indian frankincense is an ancient extract still relevant today for its skin calming properties. It can calm skin irritated by aggressive active ingredients like acids and retinol.
0.5% Bisabolol: The isolated, active components of German Chamomile. It not only effectively soothes skin, but can brighten your complexion too.

    Directions: Apply this moisturizer morning and night on a clean face.
    Dry Skin: Mr. Reliable is designed to be a layer friendly base. Experiment away with either Aquafix or the Better Oil for a little boost in your moisturizer game.
