Shipping & Processing

Order Processing.

Items that are in stock will usually ship within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday, not including holidays.

Shipping Carriers.

Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (usually 3 business days in transit). The carrier is automatically selected by shipping software so that your items are sent in the most efficient way. 

International orders ship via DHL Express. 

International OrdersDuties, Taxes, and Customs Fees.

All items purchased on Lanshin.com are shipped from the USA. Depending on the value of the products purchases, your country’s customs agency may, at their sole discretion, determine that you owe an import duty, tax (e.g. VAT), or customs clearance fee in order to receive your items. 

Each country determines duties and taxes differently. Lanshin is not responsible for these costs and will not process refunds for packages “returned to sender” as a result of non-payment of duties and fees.


Lost Packages

Lanshin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to help! If your package is missing, please email right away: support@lanshin.com. Please be sure to include your name and order # so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Concerns Prior to Shipping

If you’re concerned that your delivery area is not secure, please email us prior to placing your order: support@lanshin.com. We’ll require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note, this must be communicated prior to purchase.
