Order Processing.

Items that are in stock (not Pre-Order) will usually ship within 72 hours of payment, Tuesday - Friday, not including holidays.

Orders placed Saturday - Monday may not be processed until Tuesday.

CORONAVIRUS DELAYS.

Due to regulations surrounding the ongoing global pandemic (Covid-19), we’re currently limited to 1 very hardworking employee. Please know that we’re doing our best to pack and fulfill all orders in a timely fashion... We really appreciate your patience, understanding that order fulfillment may be slower than usual for a little while. 

Shipping Carriers.

Domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually 3 business days in transit). 

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. 

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees on International Orders.

All items purchased on our website are shipped from the USA. Depending on the value of the products you purchase, your country’s customs agency may, at their sole discretion, determine that you owe an import duty, tax (e.g. VAT), or customs clearance fee in order to receive your purchase. Each country determines duties and taxes differently.

Lanshin is not responsible for these costs and we do not process refunds for packages “returned to sender” as a result of non-payment. 

 

Lost Packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the package has been registered as delivered. If you’re missing a package please contact us immediately support@lanshin.com, so that we may begin an investigation with the shipping carrier. 

Concerns Prior to Shipping

If you’re concerned that your package could be lost or stolen please contact us prior to placing your order. We will require your order to be delivered with signature confirmation. (A small fee may apply.)
